Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin (13 oz. can)
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 eggs
3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
6 vanilla wafers, crumbled (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cookie crumbs in a mixing bowl. Place in lightly oiled baking dish. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve warm or chilled with crumbled wafers sprinkled on top.
A heart healthy dessert.
