Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    10 to 12 jalapeno peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 box Certo (both pkg.)
Preparation
    Remove seeds from pepper.
    Grind peppers in food chopper or processor.
    In a large pot, combine peppers, sugar and vinegar. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add Certo and boil 1 minute longer.
    Pour into jars. Makes about 4 1/2 pints.
    Shake jars frequently by turning them upside down until jelly sets.
