Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to season
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can be made ahead and reheated.
