Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. frozen egg product, thawed (equivalent to 4 large eggs)
    1/2 c. canola oil
    2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Grease 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and ginger; set aside. In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, egg product and oil.
    Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture; stir just until moistened.
    Fold in berries and nuts.
