Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a small amount of water until tender; drain.
    Add bread crumbs (saving 2 tablespoons for top), cheese, egg, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Spoon into casserole dish.
    Top with the 2 tablespoons of crumbs; dot with the other 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
