Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 c. each: chopped green pepper, onion and celery
    1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and cooled
    1 (8 oz.) grated sharp cheese
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 (4 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Divide in half and place in 13 x 9-inch pan in order given. Pack down.
    Make a day ahead.
    Cover and refrigerate.
