Fried Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    cracker crumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut venison into strips about 1/2-inch thick.
    Dip in beaten egg, salt and pepper.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Chill 1/2 hour. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the meat until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
