Lemon Fluff Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a small mixer bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff, but not dry.
Gradually beat in confectioners sugar and lemon until fluffy.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Will cover tops of 2 (8 or 9-inch) layers.
