Lemon Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli, slightly thawed
4 tsp. onion, minced
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cut broccoli into small cubes.
Add broccoli and onion; stir until broccoli thaws and separates.
Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Add to gelatin.
Pour into individual dishes or a bowl.
Chill until set.
You could use sugar-free jello.
