Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can small early English peas, drained
    1 c. dry rice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Blanche yellow squash and drain.
    Combine all ingredients, except for cheese and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
