Breakfast Egg Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (bulk)
16 slices white bread
8 oz. pkg. Old English cheese
6 large eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Brown sausage until crumbly; drain fat.
Remove crust from bread.
Cut in quarters.
Layer bread, cheese, sausage, bread, etc.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Pour over all.
Drizzle melted margarine over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
Use a 10 x 13-inch pan.
