Butternut Coconut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2-1/2 c. plain flour
2 Tablespoons butternut flavoring
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Beat Crisco, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add milk and flour, beating well.
Add flour.
Mix well.
Add flavoring.
Mix well.
Pour batter into three 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes.
Frost with Seven Minute Icing.
Spread crushed pineapple between layers along with icing and coconut.
Cover top and sides with icing and top with fresh coconut.
