Baked Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper
1 c. baked beans
1 c. kidney beans
1 c. butter beans, drained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. French style green beans, drained
Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp.
Brown in bacon fat onion and green pepper. Combine tomato paste, sugar, vinegar and Tabasco sauce to taste. Pour over onion and pepper and heat.
Combine baked beans, kidney beans, green beans and butter beans.
Add beans to pepper and onion sauce; mix.
Sprinkle bacon on top.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
