Breakfast Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded hash browns
    shredded Colby cheese
    1 lb. chopped ham
    1/4 c. onion
    12 eggs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
    Layer shredded frozen hash browns.
    Next, layer of cheese.
    Next, 1 pound ham (sausage) and onion.
    Options:
    mushrooms, green onions, green pepper.
