Tuna Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 (12 or 13 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely sliced onion
3 eggs (beaten)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes; set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together next 3 ingredients.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise and milk.
Add to first ingredients and mix.
Pour into shell.
Put 3-inch strips of aluminum foil around edge of pie dish, then take it off 10 minutes before its done, so edge won't burn.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or until done.
