Diabetic Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. popped popcorn
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Spread popcorn evenly in large, shallow baking pan.
In small saucepan, melt margarine and blend in honey.
Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat all pieces.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often.
Cool slightly in pan before removing.
May be stored in an airtight container.
