White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 lb. white chocolate
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add
eggs and beat well.
Melt white chocolate over hot\twater,\tthen
add
to first mixture. Sift flour, baking powder,
soda
and salt.
Then add vanilla, coconut and pecans.
Pour
into greased and floured cake pans. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
