Low-Fat French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 slices day-old crusty French bread
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk, sugar and cinnamon.
    Blend.
    Heat Teflon griddle over medium-high heat.
    Dip bread one slice at a time into egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
    Brown 2 to 3 minutes, turn and brown 2 to 3 minutes more.
