Taco Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ribs, cut in single sections (pork, beef or venison)
    1 large or 2 small pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Place ribs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Roast in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Combine the taco seasoning mix with the water, sherry and catsup; pour over ribs.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake for 1 hour.
    Baste occasionally with pan juices.
