Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 corn tortillas
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. stewed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (7 oz.) can chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Quarter and fry corn tortillas lightly.
    Set aside.
    In a skillet, fry beef, garlic and onion until brown.
    Combine soup, tomatoes, chili powder and chilies (drained and diced); salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix with meat mixture.
    Layer on a greased 9 x 13-inch pan:
    sauce, tortillas and grated cheese.
    Repeat, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
