Ingredients

1 lb. Brie
1 medium onion
1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced like coleslaw
salt and pepper
2 cans Progresso lentil soup, drained well
Preparation

In a small skillet, saute onion until it is transparent.
Drain soup and add lentils to onion.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Chill for 1 hour.
