Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) tins with unbaked pastry
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions and tops
    1 c. cooked seafood (such as crabmeat, lobster, shrimp or combination of choice) *
    1 Tbsp. dry vermouth
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. heavy cream, unwhipped
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    *Can use
    6 1/2-ounce can crab and 4 1/2-ounces shrimp for example.
