Angel Hair And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. angel hair
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. small shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare angel hair (capellini) according to directions on package.
    Drain.
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter (or margarine) on medium heat.
    Add shrimp and garlic; cook and stir until shrimp are opaque, being careful not to burn garlic. Combine hot angel hair, shrimp mix, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Toss to mix.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 2 to 4.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Good reheated.
