Souffle Sandwich Brementon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    4 slices Cheddar cheese (Brick or Monterey Jack)
    4 slices ham or chicken (deli or thinly sliced baked ham)
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. bread or cereal crumbs
Preparation
    Place 4 slices of bread in square cake pan, 9-inch.
    On each, put slice of meat and slice of cheese and top with second slice of bread.
