Canadian Schwartzies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds frozen hash browns
    1 carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 onion chopped
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Mix ingredients.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8 - 10 people.
    Freezes well.
