Oatmeal Cake With Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In bowl, combine water, oatmeal and butter. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Add sugars, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and eggs. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 13 cake pan for at least 35 to 45 minutes.
