Tarragon Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts, poached, skinned, boned and torn into shreds (about 4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. tarragon white wine vinegar
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh tarragon or 1 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 c. walnuts, toasted lightly and chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the vinegar and celery. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt and tarragon.
    Add this dressing to chicken mixture with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
    The salad may be made a day in advance, kept covered and chilled.
    Just before serving, stir in walnuts.
