Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. collard greens
1/2 lb. any smoked meat
1/2 tsp. red dry peppers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation

Open each leaf under running water in sink.
Clean both sides of the leaf.
Once done, roll the leaf up and slice the leaf in about 2-inch wide strips.
