Baked Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c lima beans
    1 chunk pork, bacon or ham
    little onion
    2 T Karo syrup or molasses
    2 T brown sugar
    1 t salt
    2 T granulated sugar
    1/2 t dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook lima beans in water for about 1 hour until skins begin to curl off, leave water on.
    In baking dish combine meat, onion, syrup, sugars, salt and mustard (may also add a little ketchup). Add beans and cover with more water if needed (beans must be kept covered.
