Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 medium cans tomato juice
1 pkg. chili mix
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. vinegar
10 to 15 drops hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked red beans
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In a large skillet or pot, brown meat, onion and garlic. Add chili mix, chili powder, vinegar, hot sauce and tomato juice. Add beans, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
