Big Mama'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
9 inch graham cracker crust
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2-4 Tbsp. lemon juice, add to your taste
1 can pie filling, your choice
Preparation

Take softened cream cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and beat until smooth.
Taste to see if you want to add more lemon juice.
Pour into crust and refrigerate overnight.
Top with your favorite pie filling or each plain.
