Large Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    5 medium eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Let cream cheese and eggs sit at room temperature 3 hours. Beat cream cheese and sugar together; add eggs one at a time and blend thoroughly.
    Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn oven off.
    Do not open. Leave in oven for 1 hour.
    Open and let cool 2 hours.
    Use any topping desired.
