Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. raw rice
2 lb. raw shrimp
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add
onions
and
bell peppers.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion soup and chicken soup.
Heat until mixed well. Stir in raw rice and shrimp.
Mix well.
Cover with lid.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Take
out
and
stir and put back in oven for 15 minutes.
