Roasted Pecans(Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. or 4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Melt oil and butter on large cookie sheet or broiler tray. (Cannot be sideless as the butter-oil mixture will run out.) Sprinkle with salt. Spread pecans over pan in single thickness and stir to coat them with butter-oil mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add more salt, if necessary.
