Amaretto Chocolate Chip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Amaretto
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 unbaked pie crust
whipped cream or ice cream for garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until blended.
Stir in corn syrup, sugar, Amaretto, butter and salt. Add chocolate chips and almonds.
Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream on top.
Makes 8 servings.
