Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water.
    Sift flour.
    Add sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Mix thoroughly and knead.
    Cover with damp cloth and put in refrigerator.
