4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation

Place chicken in a greased slow cooker. Top with soup.
