Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. Reese's creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, beat butter, shortening, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and egg. Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
    Stir in peanut butter chips.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. With fork dipped in sugar, flatten in crisscross pattern.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
    Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
    Cool completely.
