Tuna And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas or other vegetable
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom or cheese soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tuna
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet on medium heat.
    Add onion; cook and stir until tender, not brown.
    Stir in peas, milk, soup and pepper.
    Boil.
    Stir in tuna, rice and parsley.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
