Pork Steaks And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pork blade steaks
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 c. dry bread cubes
    1 can creamed corn
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown steaks in a small amount of fat, then season with salt and pepper.
    Add onion to drippings until light brown.
    Add bread, corn, sage, salt and paprika to taste.
    Place stuffing in 9 x 13-inch pan and place steaks on top.
    Cover tightly and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
