Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak, roast or ground beef
    3 tomatoes
    2 to 3 green chili peppers
    1/2 brown onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut steak or roast into small pieces.
    Brown and simmer meat in a skillet.
    When almost done, add chopped tomato, peppers and onion.
    Pour in flour until well mixed.
    Add garlic salt, salt and 1 cup of water.
    Let simmer until it becomes creamy gravy.
    Fill tortillas with mixture.
    Fold them (toothpicks help them stay closed).
    Fry in oil in a skillet.
    Garnish each with shredded lettuce, guacamole and sour cream.
    A meal in itself.
