Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ribs (country-style)
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Salt and pepper the ribs.
Brown in bacon drippings in large Dutch oven.
Pour mixture of all other ingredients over ribs. Cover and cook in 300\u00b0 oven until well done, about 1 1/2 hours.
