Baked Egg And Sausage(Good For Brunch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 lb. white cheese, grated
1/2 lb. yellow cheese, grated
eggs (1 more than people you are serving)
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Press crescent rolls in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Be sure to press perforations together.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and green pepper.
Place crumbled sausage on roll crust.
Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage mix and add egg mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until well done in middle.
Test with knife.
It is done when knife comes out clean.
