Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. onion
6 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation

Brown sausage; save 2 tablespoons of fat.
Drain sausage on paper towel.
Saute onions, bell peppers and mushrooms in fat saved.
Mix flour and cheese.
Add sausage, onions, mushrooms and bell peppers.
Add spices.
Pour into pie crust.
Mix evaporated milk and eggs.
Pour over pie.
Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until done.
