Eastern Shore Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    1/4 lb. crackers or 4 slices bread
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. wet mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of Tabasco
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley, green pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Mix lightly into the meat without breaking down the lumps. Make into cakes and let set for a couple of hours under refrigeration.
