Food Processor Secrets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. butter, cut up
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond
    2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In food processor, combine flour, butter, pecans, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, vanilla and almond.
    Process well.
    Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shape dough into balls, using 1 tablespoon each.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until set but not brown. Let stand 1 minute.
    Place hot cookies in the 2 cups sugar; roll to coat each cookie.
    Cool completely; roll again.
    Keep in airtight container.
