Christmas Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen green peas
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small onion, chopped
    small jar chopped pimento
Preparation
    Combine broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets, chopped green onions, chopped green pepper and any other crunchy vegetable you wish.
    Over vegetables, pour 1 bottle Italian dressing and mix.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
