Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples (Cortland)
walnuts
raisins
cranberry-orange relish
orange rind, grated
brown sugar and cinnamon, mixed
cranberry juice
Preparation

Peel apples and take core out.
Sprinkle each apple thoroughly with brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Fill each apple (middle) with a mixture of the relish, raisins, nuts and orange rind.
Bake in a nonstick pan with cranberry juice filling the bottom of the pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours or until you see they are soft.
