Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    few drops hot pepper sauce
    buttered, toasted bread or crackers
    red (cayenne) pepper
    watercress sprigs
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    To serve, spread on buttered toasted bread or crackers.
    Sprinkle with red pepper; garnish with watercress sprigs.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
