Pineapple Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    24 marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Place pineapple, sugar and syrup in saucepan.
    Cook to hard ball stage.
    Remove from fire.
    Add butter, marshmallows, vanilla and pecans.
    Beat until thick and creamy.
    Pour into buttered pan; cut into squares.
